As part of the service a client manager will be in contact for an onboarding call. We may also contact you via phone, email and SMS to book in quarterly assessments, and you agree that you’re inviting the client manager to discuss and offer to supply solutions included in the Telstra Business Digital Marketing Services suite.
Our ability to make changes to non-Telstra Business Digital Marketing Services and Telstra Online Essentials websites may be restricted if we’re unable to access the website and/or are unfamiliar with the website editor. In this case, we will discuss with you whether the plan selected is the right plan for you.
Upon cancelling, any unspent marketing spend will be spent within the next thirty days or as guided by you. No credits will be issued.
